07 Apr Chicken Gyro
-6 oz grilled chicken
-4 -6oz Greek Yogurt
-3 tablespoons of lemon juice
-½ cup raw cucumber (peeled, seeded and diced)
½ tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 clove garlic peeled and diced
-Salt and Pepper to taste
-2 Josephs low carb Pita wraps (found at Publix)
Combine Yogurt, lemon juice, cucumber, dill, garlic, salt and pepper in food processor and blend until smooth. Assemble Gyro and enjoy. You may also top with lettuce, tomatoes and onion. Enjoy!
2 servings Each serving = 4.5 proteins and 1.5 tsp of sugar.
