ASIAN MARINATED SALMON

4- 5 oz. skinless salmon filets
4- tbsp Makoto Ginger Dressing
1- tbsp light soy sauce
1- tbsp rice vinegar
1- packet Truvia sweetener
2- tbsp chopped scallions

In bowl combine all ingredients omitting the salmon stir well. Pour marinade in a gallon size bag and add salmon filets. Allow salmon to marinade in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Place fillets in sauté pan and sauté over medium heat 10-12 minutes. Remove salmon from pan, add remaining marinade and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Pour over fillets and enjoy.

4 servings

Each serving = 5 protein and .5 tsp sugar

CRISPY ASIAN SLAW

1- 16 oz. bag shredded cabbage
1/4 cup- Makoto Ginger Dressing
1- packet Truvia sweetener
1- tbsp roasted sesame seeds
1- tbsp rice vinegar
2- tbsp light soy sauce
1- pinch of Asian 5 spice
3- tbsp peanut butter powder

In bowl combine all ingredients except the cabbage and stir until well blended. Add cabbage and mix well. Place slaw in refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

4 servings

Each serving = 1 protein and 1.2 tsp sugar
