Black bean turkey burger

Black Bean Turkey Burgers

  • 1 pkg Jenny-O ground Turkey
  • ¾ cup Black Beans, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 triangles Laughing Cow Garlic Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Egg Beaters

 

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate with Pam. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended. Divide into ten 3.4oz portions and shape into patties. Cook on preheated grill until no longer pink in the middle, 5 to 6 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F.

Makes 10 Burgers

Zucchini fries recipe

ZUCCHINI FRIES

  • 2 Cups of Zucchini (cut up like French Fries)
  • Olive oil spray, Salt & Pepper
  • Garlic Powder, Chili Powder (optional)

 

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Place cut zucchini on a cookie sheet and spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with the dry ingredients.
Cook for 10 minutes on each side, or until light brown and crispy.

Makes 4 Servings

1 Serving = 0.3 tsp. sugar
