I had just given birth to my son and I put on a ton of weight during my pregnancy. I was eager to get the weight off and feel good, but in a healthy way! Looking into Dr. Lara’s weight loss program made me excited because the goals seemed attainable.

What did you experience during your postpartum weight loss journey?

Once I started the plan I was amazed! It’s not one of those diets where you are starving and looking forward to the next meal. I was eating healthy and actually losing weight! I really started to feel good and saw the weight coming off in a healthy way.

What is the one thing becoming healthier has most improved?

I had tons of energy and the weekly weigh-ins really helped to hold me accountable!
