Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Coat and season kale
    Coat kale thinly with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Air fry
    Place on air fryer and cook at 375 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes, keeping a close eye on them after 3 minutes. Shake the pan halfway through cooking and enjoy!
