Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Chicken wings and drumettes
  • 1/2 tbsp. Baking powder
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. Paprika Buffalo
  • Sauce Ingredients:
  • 2/3 Cup. Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Dry chicken
    Pat dry the chicken to remove excess moisture.
  3. Prepare spices
    In a small bowl, combine baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Coat wings & prepare for baking
    Evenly coat the chicken wings with baking powder mixture and arrange them on a rimmed baking sheet fitted with a wire rack.
  5. Bake
    Cook in an oven for 40-45 minutes. While the wings are baking, mix the Frank’s Hot Sauce and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  6. Toss in sauce
    Remove wings from the oven place them in a large bowl with Frank’s Hot Sauce mix and toss to coat evenly. Enjoy!
