Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless pork loin - 1-1.5 lbs
  • 3 rosemary sprigs
  • 1/4 cup green olives
  • 2 garlic cloves pressed
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Season
    Drizzle pork loin with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Prep rosemary
    Remove rosemary leaves from stem sprinkle evenly on pork loin.
  4. Season
    Place garlic and olives on pork loin.
