Ingredients:

  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 red bell pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven
    Heat oven to 425.
  2. Slice and bake
    Slice bell pepper into strips, sprinkle with salt, and toss in olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Blend and refrigerate
    Place all ingredients in food processor blend and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with raw vegetables.
