Peppermint Bites

Recipe

Prep Time: 1 hr 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4oz unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3-4 packets of stevia
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions:

  1. Thaw
    Allow cream cheese and butter to come to room temperature.
  2. Blend
    Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  3. Add flavoring
    Add coconut oil, stevia and extract.
  4. Spoon into mold
    Portion into a silicone mold or by the spoonful.
  5. Freeze, no cooking necessary
    Freeze for 1 hour.
