- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (for muffin tin), 6 Foil Liners
- 8oz cream cheese
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg at room temperature
- Heat oven
Heat oven to 350.
- Butter muffin tin
Place foil liners in a muffin tin and coat with butter.
Combine cream cheese, stevia, and vanilla blend until smooth.
- Add egg
Add egg and blend until fluffy.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove and cool for 10 minutes.
- Cool Cheesecakes
Cool your mini cheesecakes in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
