Ingredients:

  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 3 slices turkey bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 2/3 cup light mayo
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine
    Combine mayo, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing
  2. Combine everything else
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix with dressing
  3. Chill
    Chill and enjoy
