Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken breasts (about 12 oz)
  • 2 Cups Cheese
  • 1 Package dry ranch mix Bacon bits (to taste)
  • 3 Cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup (Can be substituted with Progresso Creamy Cauliflower for lower sugar count)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix
    Mix chicken, cauliflower, soup, sour cream, ranch, cheese and bacon.
  3. Bake
    Bake for 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked.
