Break out your air fryer! This Chipotle Chicken Bowl pulls together air-fried chipotle chicken, veggies, and herbs to make a delicious meal. Even with the sour cream, it's a healthy meal to help you achieve your healthy weight loss goal.

- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Halves (12oz)
- 3/4 cup sliced bell peppers any color combo
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup of black beans
- 1 cup chopped Romaine lettuce
- 2 scallions chopped
- small bunch of cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
- lime juice from 1 lime
- Season & Cook
Season chicken breasts with cayenne, salt, pepper, all spice, garlic powder, and place to cook in air fryer. If you don't have an air fryer, chop the chicken and bake it in the oven and let it cool before making your bowl.
Once cooked in the air fryer, chop the chicken into squares and place it aside.
- Prepare veggies
In a bowl, add your bell peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, romaine lettuce, black beans, and scallions.

Proceed to add chicken on top and then add sour cream, lime juice, and any other seasoning to taste.
