- 4 Romaine lettuce leafs
- 1 Slice of Turkey (can be substituted for other Deli meats)
- 2 Slice turkey bacon
- 1 Slice of low-fat American cheese (can use cheese of your choice)
- 2 slice tomato
- Light mayo optional
- Mustard optional
- Prepare lettuce
Prepare the lettuce leads by trimming the firm stem part off, you can use scissors or a knife.
- Create wrap
Place two of the lettuce leaves on a plate and add a thin layer of mayo and mustard (optional), layer the turkey and cheese on top. Add the last two lettuce leaves and layer with mayo and mustard (optional), add tomato, and top with bacon.
- Roll in a wrap
Roll the wrap and use a toothpick to hold it together. You can use multiple toothpicks and cut them into slices.
