- 2 English cucumbers
- 6 oz cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup thinly sliced onion
- 2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons olive oil and red wine vinegar
