Ingredients:

  • 2 English cucumbers
  • 6 oz cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced onion
  • 2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil and red wine vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Chop
    Chop cucumbers and add to a large mixing bowl with feta, onion, and feta.
