- 1 cup low fat sour cream
- 1 tbsp toasted dried onion
- 1/2 tsp toasted onion powder
- 1/2 tsp beef bouillon granules (or substitute vegetable bullion for vegetarian)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Mix and chill
Mix all ingredients together and chill at least 1 hour. Stir well before serving.

Serving suggestion: use Sami's bakery Lavash bread to dip. May toast directly on oven rack at 350 degrees until toasted, each piece of wrap is 0.8 tsp of sugar
