Ingredients:

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen blackberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Awaken Pro Whey Plain Powder

Instructions:

  1. Blend
    Mix in a blender all fruits and blend on low.
  2. Add almond milk
    Add almond milk and protein powder and blend more on low down the sides until you have a "soft serve-like"texture.
