Ingredients:

  • 4-3 oz pork chops (butterflied)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup raw spinach
  • 2 tablespoons greek seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Season
    Season pork with greek seasoning, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Look for your favorite greek seasoning in the spice aisle at the grocery store.
  3. Stuff pork
    Fill pork with spinach, tomatoes, and feta. Close pork with a toothpick if needed.
  4. Bake
    Bake for 20-25 minutes.
