Ingredients:

  • (4 servings) Each serving: 4 proteins, 0.5 tsp sugar
  • 12 oz chicken
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

    In a small bowl, combine cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

    Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
