Ingredients:

  • 12 oz fish (grouper, tilapia, cod)
  • 4 oz pesto
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Combine to make fish rub.
    Combine pesto, lemon juice, and olive oil. Coat fish in the rub.
  2. Grill
    Grill filets on low 8-10 minutes on each side
