We like to make pumpkin mousse any time of the year but most people use this recipe for Thanksgiving or in the autumn season. Skip the sugary pumpkin latte and make this pumpkin mousse while you stick with your weight loss program. 1 serving = 2.5 tsp of sugar

Ingredients:

  • 1- 12 oz can of pumpkin
  • 7 oz sugar-free cool whip
  • 1 package sugar-free vanilla pudding
  • 1 tbsp of pumpkin spice (to taste)
  • Optional- 4 scoops of pro whey protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Blend
    Blend all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Chill
    Chill for one hour and enjoy it! If adding protein powder 6 servings = 2.5 tsp sugar and 1 protein each
