Nutrient Amount
Protein Servings ~5 servings (Greek yogurt 1 serving + whey protein 3 servings + trace from almond milk)
Sugar (as teaspoons) ~2.4 tsp sugar
Primary Carb Sources Strawberries 1 cup (1.8 tsp), Greek yogurt 3 oz (0.6 tsp), Almond milk 1 cup (0.2 tsp)

Why This Works for Weight Release

Protein at breakfast is one of the most powerful tools for controlling hunger and preventing insulin-driven cravings later in the day — and this smoothie delivers it fast. The combination of Greek yogurt and whey protein keeps you full without the blood sugar spike of fruit-only smoothies. Strawberries are one of the lowest-sugar fruits on the Awakening Program list, and fresh basil adds anti-inflammatory, antibacterial properties that support your body's transformation from the inside out.
