  • 1/4 cup organic tomato (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper sliced
  • 2 teaspoons organic basil (fresh or dried)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Combine egg mixture
    In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, basil, garlic, and salt.
  2. Warm oil and skillet
    In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil.
  3. Partially cook
    Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for 5 minutes, or until it is almost cooked.
  4. Add veggies
    Add the tomato and bell pepper to the center of the eggs and then flip half of it over onto the other half, forming an omelet. Remove from the heat. Serve and enjoy!
