Tomato, Spinach & Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken breasts (about 12 oz)
  • 8 Oz tomatoes sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic
  • 2 Cup Raw Spinach
  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ Tsp. Basil

Instructions:

  1. Bake
    Bake chicken at 350 Degrees for 45 minutes. Set a side to cool.
  2. Mix, boil and simmer sauce
    In a skillet add tomato sauce, garlic, heavy cream and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce to simmer, add basil, spinach. Mix well.
  3. Final saute in sauce
    Slice chicken and add to sauce. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
