Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1oz turkey sausage crumbles
  • 1oz cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 2 Tbsp half and half
  • 1/2 tsp chives olive oil cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • * May multiply ingredients to create more servings

Instructions:

  1. Preheat
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Wisk
    Wisk eggs, half and half, salt, pepper and chives
  3. Add other ingredients
    Add turkey sausage, spinach, and cheese to eggs
  4. Put in muffin pan
    Spray the muffin pan with olive oil and add the mixture
  5. Bake
    Bake until set 35-40 minutes
