  • Popsicle tray
  • Water
  • Zero sugar crystal light
  • 1/2 cup organic berries (raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries)


  1. Make Crystal Light
    In a pitcher, mix water and Crystal Light until fully mixed
  2. Add to popsicle tray
    Add to popsicle tray to fill line
  3. Add berries
    Drop a few berries into each tray
  4. Freeze
    Place in the freezer and let chill until frozen solid. Enjoy!
