Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg Jenny-O ground Turkey
  • ¾ cup Black Beans, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 triangles Laughing Cow Garlic Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Egg Beaters

Instructions:

  1. Preheat
    Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate with Pam.
  2. Mix
    In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  3. Divide portions
    Divide into ten 3.4oz portions and shape into patties.
  4. Cook
    Cook on a preheated grill until no longer pink in the middle, 5 to 6 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F.
