- 2 chicken breasts cubed
- 4 slices Canadian bacon cubed
- 3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayo
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown chicken
In skillet brown chicken until no longer pink and add Canadian bacon.
- Combine ingredients
Combine all ingredients in a bowl - mayo, chicken broth, dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper, and 1/2 cup swiss cheese.
Bake 30 minutes remove and top with 1/4 cup swiss cheese and broil until brown.
