- 4-3 oz pork chops (butterflied)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup raw spinach
- 2 tablespoons greek seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Season pork with greek seasoning, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Look for your favorite greek seasoning in the spice aisle at the grocery store.
