- 2 eggs
- 1/2 oz of chopped turkey
- 1/2 oz of low-fat shredded cheddar cheese

Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
Heat pan on medium heat.
In the meantime, in a small bowl whisk eggs together with chopped turkey.
