Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 oz of chopped turkey
  • 1/2 oz of low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • optional: 1 slice of Sami's 7-grain fiber bread

Instructions:

  1. Spray
    Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Heat
    Heat pan on medium heat.
  3. Whisk
    In the meantime, in a small bowl whisk eggs together with chopped turkey.
  4. Scramble
    Pour the mixture into the skillet and scramble until the eggs are light in color and firm.
  5. Add and melt
    Now add your cheese and toss around with the eggs until melted. Remove from heat and enjoy!
