- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter buds
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp chives
Remove core and clean cauliflower florets.
Place florets and garlic cloves in a pot and boil until cauliflower is tender.
- Drain and dry
Remove cauliflower and garlic from water, drain and squeeze dry in cheesecloth or a dishtowel.
- Smooth in food processor
Place all ingredients except chives in a food processor and process until smooth and well blended.
- Add chives and enjoy
Stir in chives. Garnish with more chives if desired. Serve warm.
