- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4oz unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3-4 packets of stevia
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Allow cream cheese and butter to come to room temperature.
Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add flavoring
Add coconut oil, stevia and extract.
- Spoon into mold
Portion into a silicone mold or by the spoonful.
- Freeze, no cooking necessary
Freeze for 1 hour.
