- 1 lb ground turkey (may sub lean ground sirloin)
- 4 portobello mushroom caps (gills removed)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- optional: onion, tomato, lettuce
Preheat grill to high.
Rinse and slice vegetables.
Combine turkey, and seasonings in a medium-sized mixing bowl until spices are distributed evenly.
