- 1 Cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- ½ TBSP adobo
- ½ TSP chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat and line baking sheet
Preheat oven to 250 degrees, line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix, coat and spread seeds
In a mixing bowl mix pumpkin seeds with oil, cinnamon, and Stevia, until evenly coated, spread on baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes, turn oven up to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
