- 2 egg whites
- 1 slice of swiss cheese
- 2 slices of cooked turkey bacon (crumbled)
- Pinch Salt and pepper
- ½ cup Spinach
- ½ cup Tomato
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
In a bowl, whisk together the egg whites, salt, and spinach. Add pepper to taste.
- Heat pan
Add olive oil to skillet and let warm in medium-high heat.
- Cook eggs
Pour egg mixture into the pan and let cook for 2 minutes
- Scramble and cook all ingredients
Add cheese, turkey bacon, spinach, and tomatoes to eggs and scramble. Remove from heat and serve.
